If you represent a business, you warrant you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Platform Purpose

YallaParts.shop is a B2B automotive parts marketplace connecting:

• Buyers (garages, retailers, wholesalers)
• Sellers (manufacturers, distributors)

Personal consumer use is prohibited without prior approval.

3. User Obligations

As a Buyer/Seller, you agree to:

• ✔ Provide accurate business documentation (e.g., trade license)
• ✔ Verify part compatibility before purchase
• ✔ Not resell items outside permitted regions
• ✔ Comply with all export/import regulations (e.g., Saudi SASO standards)

Prohibited Activities:

• ✖ Price manipulation or false listings
• ✖ Reverse engineering our Platform
• ✖ Using bots/scrapers without permission

4. Transactions & Payments

• Currency: USD/RMB (selectable at checkout)
• Payment Methods:
  • UAE/KSA: PayFort, Mada, Bank Transfer, etc.
  • International: Stripe, Wire Transfer, etc.

Taxes: VAT/GST applied where required (e.g., UAE 5%, Saudi 15%)

Disputes: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery

6. Intellectual Property

Our Rights: All Platform content (logos, catalogues, software) is owned by YallaParts or licensors.

Your Content: You retain ownership but grant us a global license to display/list your parts.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

Part Fitment: Buyers are responsible for verifying compatibility via VIN/chassis number.

Service Interruptions: We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Customs clearance
• Force majeure (e.g., sandstorms, pandemics)

Maximum Liability: Limited to order value or $5,000 USD, whichever is lower.

8. Termination

We may suspend/terminate accounts for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Inactivity >12 months

9. Governing Law & Disputes

Primary Jurisdiction: Hangzhou Courts (China)

Alternative Dispute Resolution: It needs to be arbitrated through the Hangzhou Arbitration Commission of China

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice (posted on Platform). Continued use constitutes acceptance.
